Adeline's Blessing Day!

Adeline's Blessing 

This was such a wonderful day! Tanner gave a wonderful blessing.  Hearing the words that were said in the blessing makes me realize just how precious Adeline is. She has so much wonderful potential and was blessed with so much good in her life. I cannot wait to see the blessings Heavenly Father has in store for her and for those around her. She has such a sweet, calming spirit and I know that she will be able to use that to further the work of the Lord as a missionary in her life. Being her mom has already been a blessing and I am amazed everyday by her and her smile!
We are so grateful for the family that we have so close to us! It was one of the first big family get-togethers where everyone was there. All of my siblings and all of Tanner's. We will defiantly  remember this for the future because we know this was probably a one time thing. Happy Blessing Day Adeline Nilsson!

Side Story- The dress Adeline was wearing was the same dress that my Great Grandma Long(Granny T, my grandma's, Mom) made for my aunt, forty six years ago. It has been worn by her girl descendants ever since. Each girl has their name embroidered on it with their birth dates in pink of the slip inside the dress.

March 2017

Here is just a little of what happened in March! 

I took Adeline's 2 month pictures on March 1st. Only a few days after her actual "month" birthday! 

We celebrated Dr Seuss Day with Payton and Allison by making green fizzy eggs, eating cat in the hat pizza, making thing one and thing two crafts, and reading Green Eggs and Ham. 

We love going on walks on the trails by our house! Especially when the animals (horses, cows and goats) are out!

Sunday Fun Day!

Layla gave her first talk in church and Adeline went to the first full three hours of church!

Tanner had the chance to sing with some of the young men in our ward before he got released from young mens! 

Moana took over our life for a few weeks! We sang, acted out, dress up like, and sang and sang and watched it many times.

 *Quick Doctors visit on St. Patrick's Day- Layla wouldn't walk on her foot and after sleeping on it still wouldn't walk on it so we went to the doctor and it was just a strain but scary still!*

My mom's birthday dinner. Tanner grilled for the family! So Delicious! 

How you get carried to bed when you keep making up reasons by you don't have to go to bed yet.

- I am still hungry.

-I am too tired. 

-I just need to tell you one more thing. 

- We still need to... 

- It's not dark enough outside yet. 

-We need to read scripture again. 

-I have to put my dolls to bed first.
